💡 Your mission:
🔹 Plan and perform measurements using Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM).
🔹 Program and operate CMM machines for high-precision inspections.
🔹 Generate CMM reports and statistical analysis for quality assurance.
🔹 Train and manage inspection personnel on measurement methodologies.
🔹 Develop and implement innovative processes for future equipment.
🔹 Oversee internal metrology, including calibration and supplier coordination.
🔹 Serve as the gauge administrator, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
🎯 Your profile:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
✔ 8+ years of industry experience, ideally in automotive.
✔ Expertise in CMM operation, programming, and analysis.
✔ Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of Lean methodology and problem-solving tools.
✔ Leadership and excellent organizational skills.
✔ Experience with Minitab is a plus.
