💡 Your mission:
🔹 Lead Advanced Product Development projects from concept to SOP, driving innovation and execution.
🔹 Act as the subject matter expert for your technology field and product family.
🔹 Be the key interface for Product Managers, aligning product roadmaps with market trends.
🔹 Develop and implement R&D strategies to ensure product maturity within time and budget constraints.
🔹 Manage development budgets and oversee all activities to ensure efficient resource allocation.
🎯 Your profile:
✔ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, optics, or related field.
✔ 8+ years of experience in a relevant role with career progression.
✔ Automotive supplier experience is a plus, along with expertise in glass, coatings, and plastics.
✔ Strong background in product design, including GD&T and DFMEA.
✔ Knowledge of automotive customer testing and performance specifications.
