You want to combine sport, business relationships and be involve in a good cause?
If you are an employee, a client or an associate of The Adecco Group, you can thanks to the initiative of the group swim, run and bike to collect kilometers and help 6 charities that struggle against the exclusion of young people.
Since 2010 it’s already €2 million funds that have been donated for a good cause.
Thanks to Win4Youth you can create a team spirit and built relationships between employees and clients through a common passion: sport.
Rules of the game
Colleagues and clients of The Adecco Group will be involved in collecting kilometers by practicing 3 sport during their free times: running, cycling, swimming. Each distance traveled alone or in a group has to be recorded because each kilometer will be change into donation.
This year, a team of 70 colleagues from all around the world will be selected to be part of the Highlight Challenge and will compete in the Gavà Triathlon in Spain, in September 2017.
A common goal for 2017
To cover 4.3 million kilometers!
In 2016, 4,123,689 KMs were collected. This year it’s a higher challenge to complete by motivated teams.
